Barre Classes

Barre by Gwyneth focuses on developing lean and chiseled muscles to improve your flexibility and balance.  It is also a beautiful way to counter high-impact sports, such as running or biking, to keep your legs and feet limber and reduce risk of injury.  Barre class has many many repetitions so using light weights (canned food works too!) or no weights at all is recommended.  Along with those weights, you only need yourself, a barre (or countertop, tabletop, chair, broom) and a positive attitude!
